Virginia Beach, VA- Every year a mass of the hottest rides in the Mid Atlantic region meet in Virginia to show off their rides and they call it Sumospeed. This year seemed to be the best of them of all. The Insane Stance and Offset Crew based out of Raleigh, North Carolina brought out a few legit JDM toys. Steve’s Toyota Aristo looked amazing, if you want to see some nice rides you need to make it out to one of their meets in North Carolina. There seem to be an abundance of Mazda Miatas that were battle ready as well as clean as a whistle. Josh Guillot’s Lowlife Miata had the perfect stance, I’m sure he has gone through a few oil pans rolling that low. We know you’re low when you take out animals like Wes Edwards did and he let everyone know with Roadkill plastered on his hood. There seemed to be an abundance of whips with air ride from Subarus to Honda Accords, but I like power and Virginia Speed with their Supra and Camaro brought out the big guns. I love classic cars Domestic and JDM and brought out a couple of real rare JDM Classics. It is not often if ever you see an R31 Hakosuka Nissan Skyline. The JDM enthusiast loves and drools over the Hakosuka Nissan Skyline from the 70′s ( JDM Legend ) but this R31 is a beauty in it’s own right. They also brought out a couple old Toyotas to wow the crowd. In my opinion every show should have this great mix of classic and modern cars, so every generation can check out what you got. Props to Ricky Simmons for the great coverage.
