Carl ”The Crazy Canadian” Nadeau burst on to the US scene this season in the inaugural XDC Tour. I have a soft spot for the non 240 drifters sliding around the course and Carl in his LS6 swapped E36 BMW 2010 didn’t disappoint. When you hear this car going you know it’s going to be trouble for anyone running tandem with him and his aggressive confident style showed at XDC Englishtown. I personally thought he did great at the event, but I enjoy aggressive drivers who go balls out during each run as if it’s their last. The 2010 E36 BMW is putting down an impressive 460hp with 450ft torque to maintain the slide through those long curves, and makes sures with the roar his competitors know he’s there and controlling his drift. I wish I had time to see the DMCC circuit and more driving from their countryman Carl Nadeau from Quebec rip up the Canadian Circuit, but for now I’ll have to wait to see the Bimmer at XDC 2011 or hopefully Monticello.
